When pushing yourself to the limits, you are able to expand artistically and, at the same time, connect with Soul. In that moment your mind takes a break. You find yourself in pure presence, where everything is beyond judgement. As the viewer sees the work, he/she bares witness to the journey. When we really look with all of our senses, we can connect to the expansion and glance at our own limitlessness. Por que arte? Cuando hacemos arte nos transformamos. Cuando nos desafiamos a nuestros limites, eres capaz de expandirte artísticamente y, al mismo tiempo conectar con el alma. En ese momento la mente para.
